Your 3 pm with Dana moved to 4. I pushed the school pickup reminder to 4:45 and told the sitter you’ll be home by 6:30.

What you get
An assistant set up around your life, and someone who keeps it working.
An assistant that knows how you work
We connect it to your email, calendar and contacts, then teach it your habits: who gets a quick reply, which meetings can move, how you like your week laid out. It drafts, reminds and books things the way you’d want them done.
Your home on the same assistant
If you have smart lights, a thermostat, cameras or speakers, they can answer to the same assistant as your calendar. You ask once, in plain English, instead of opening four apps. No smart home? That’s fine too.
A person to call
When something stops working, or you want it to take on something new, you call us, not a help desk. Ongoing support is part of the arrangement, including visits when something needs a hands-on fix.
What it can do for you
Pick one to see the kind of message your assistant would send.
Sorts your inbox, tells you what actually needs you, and drafts replies that sound like you.
For example, your assistant might say:
“47 new emails since last night. Three need you: the contract from your attorney, Sarah’s question about the gala, and a quote from the contractor. I’ve drafted replies to the first two. The rest can wait or be archived.”
Every setup is different. On the call we’ll work out which of these would help you.
A day with an assistant
An example from a fully set-up assistant. The names and times are made up. Yours would be about your own day.
7:00 am
Morning briefing
Before you’re out of bed, a short summary is waiting on your phone.
“Good morning. Three meetings today, twelve emails that need a look, and it’s going to be 72 and sunny. You said you wanted to get a walk in. 4 pm is open.”
9:30 am
Inbox sorted
The things that need you are at the top. The rest is out of the way.
“Three emails need you: your attorney (time-sensitive), Sarah about the gala, and your financial advisor. The rest can wait, or I can deal with them.”
12:00 pm
A change of plans
The other side moves your 2 pm. You don’t have to do anything.
“Your 2 pm moved to 3. I’ve updated your calendar and let your driver know. That leaves you time for a proper lunch.”
5:00 pm
Dinner
You mention you’d like to go out tonight.
“There’s a table at 7:30 at the place you liked last month. Also, your anniversary is next week. Want me to start planning something?”
6:30 pm
Getting home
The house is ready when you walk in.
“You’re 15 minutes away. The house is at 68, the path lights are on and your evening playlist is queued up.”
10:00 pm
Tomorrow
A quick look ahead before bed.
“Tomorrow is light: the designer at 11 and a call with your son at 4. Your briefing will be ready in the morning.”
How it starts
What happens after you get in touch.
Step 1
A 30-minute call
Free. You tell us what your week looks like and what keeps slipping. We tell you honestly whether an assistant would help.
Step 2
A visit to your home
One to two hours. We look at your accounts, devices and Wi-Fi and work out what’s worth connecting. Then you get a written plan with the cost.
Step 3
Setup, then support
We set everything up and show you and your family how to use it. After that we stay on a monthly retainer to keep it working and add to it.
Tell us what your week looks like
Thirty minutes, free. We’ll ask about the emails, appointments and household jobs that eat your time, and tell you plainly whether an assistant would help and what it would cost.
