How is this different from other installers?
We stay involved after the install. The retainer means you have ongoing support and changes, from people who already know your home and how you use it.
Do I need existing devices?
No. We can start from scratch or build on what you already have.
What if I have a mix of brands?
That’s very common. We work across the major platforms and get them working together.
How long does setup take?
Usually 2–6 weeks, depending on how much we’re doing. We work steadily and don’t cut corners.
What if something stops working late at night?
Your retainer includes priority support, so you have a direct line to people who already know your setup.
Do you work with designers and architects?
Yes. We work with interior designers, architects and builders so the technology fits into the house instead of standing out.
