Every household is different, so we price each setup around how you actually live rather than selling a fixed package. Setups start at $5,000.
What a setup can include
You won’t need all of this. On the call we’ll work out which parts are worth paying for.
One assistant, or several
- A personal assistant with the name, tone and job you want it to have
- Separate assistants for scheduling, research and messages, if that suits you
- Different assistants for different people in the family
- Help with work: sorting email, managing your calendar, handling documents
Personal, family and work routines
- Personal: morning briefings, health reminders, travel planning
- Family: kids’ schedules, meal planning, shared calendars, homework help
- Work: meeting prep, email drafts, project tracking, CRM updates
- All of it on the devices you already use
Running your home
- Your assistant handles lighting, climate, entertainment and security
- Voice control, presence detection and automatic routines
- The whole house through one assistant
Equipment and network
- Bigger homes need more powerful equipment, so setups scale with the house.
- Your price includes the equipment needed to run everything reliably.
- We choose and source the right gear for your space.

The price depends on the size of your home and how much you want your assistant to do.
Setups start at $5,000.
We’ll go through the options on your discovery call, with clear numbers and no pressure. If you decide to go further, the next step is a visit to your home and a written plan with the full cost.
