Setup and training
We set up your assistant with instructions written for you, connect it to your email, calendar and, if you like, your smart home, and test it. Then we sit down with you at home or at the office and go through it at your pace.
Ongoing support
Your needs change and so do the tools. We stay on to adjust things, keep everything up to date and add new features when they are worth having. If something stops working, you call or email us.

Which AI platforms do you work with?
ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Apple Intelligence, plus smart home platforms like Apple HomeKit, Google Home and Amazon Alexa. We aren't tied to any of them, so we'll suggest whichever suits how you work and what you already use.
How much does it cost?
Projects start at $5,000. The final price depends on what you want the assistant to handle, from setting up one AI tool to connecting it to your whole home. The discovery call is free, and we'll give you a written proposal with the scope and price before any work starts.
How do you protect my privacy?
We set everything up on your own devices and accounts, and we don't keep your personal data on our servers. We turn off data sharing you don't need and use local processing where the tools allow it. We'll also explain what each service can see, so you can decide what to connect.
How soon can I start using it?
It depends on how much you want it to do. A simple setup of one AI tool can be done in three to five business days. Larger projects with smart home work and several platforms can take two to four weeks. We'll give you a timeline in writing before we start.
