We write up what we would set up: which AI platforms, how they connect to the apps you already use, and any smart home pieces. You review it, and nothing starts until you agree.
Setup and training
We come to your home, set everything up, connect your devices and test it. Then we walk you through it, hands-on, until you are comfortable using it.
Ongoing support
We check back after you have lived with it for a while and adjust what needs adjusting. As the tools change, we keep your setup up to date and add things that are worth having.

Do you serve all of Orange County?
We mainly work in Newport Beach, Laguna Beach, Dana Point, Crystal Cove, Corona del Mar and Coto de Caza. If you're somewhere else in Orange County, get in touch and we'll let you know whether we can come to you.
Can you set up an assistant for both my home and my office?
Yes. We can set it up so it behaves the same way at home in Newport Beach as it does at your office in Irvine. Your calendar, email and reminders go with you, so nothing gets lost between the two.
Why not just set up AI myself?
You can, and plenty of people start that way. Downloading ChatGPT is easy. The time goes on everything after that: writing instructions so it sounds like you, connecting it to your calendar, email and home, and choosing privacy settings you're comfortable with. That's the part we do, and we stay on afterwards to keep it working.
Do I need smart home equipment already?
No. If you already have smart devices, we connect them to your assistant. If you're starting from scratch, we'll suggest equipment that fits your home and help you choose. You can also start with just the assistant and add smart home pieces later.
What if parts of my home have weak Wi-Fi?
We check your network when we visit. If there are dead spots, we'll recommend a fix, such as a mesh network, signal boosters, or setting up some things to run locally so they keep working when the internet connection drops.
What happens after setup?
You can keep us on a monthly retainer. That covers regular check-ins, updates when the tools change, showing you new features worth using, and priority help when something isn't working.
