Information you provide
When you inquire, we collect the details you submit, such as your name, email, business name, website, location, category, and description of the bottleneck. Please do not submit passwords, customer records, confidential financial documents, or medical information through this public form.
How we use it
We use inquiry information to assess fit, respond, maintain inquiry and business opportunity records, and protect the form against misuse. We may retain campaign or source attribution so we understand how the inquiry reached us. A form submission is not a service agreement or a request to enroll in unrelated campaigns.
Storage and service providers
Inquiry information is stored in our administrative systems and may be linked to our business CRM. Hosting, storage, and communication providers may process the information needed to operate those systems. Access should be limited to the people and systems involved in handling the inquiry.
Business outreach
Business outreach uses reviewed business contact information with recorded provenance. Messages identify the sender and provide an opt-out method. A reply, unsubscribe, or relevant suppression is used to stop future automated contact. Consumer inquiries made through a separate directory service are not treated as an outreach subscriber list.
Cookies and optional analytics
The website uses browser storage to remember your analytics preference when optional analytics are configured. Google Analytics scripts and cookies load only after you accept analytics. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled. Use the Analytics preferences control in the footer to change your choice anytime; choosing Essential only stops analytics and reloads the page. You can remove existing analytics cookies through your browser settings. Our page-view events contain only public page paths and static titles, with no query strings, URL fragments, referring URLs, inquiry fields, email addresses, or demo messages. Google processes analytics data under its own privacy policy.
Your requests
For questions, corrections, deletion requests, or an outreach opt-out, contact hello@conservus.ai. We will review the request and applicable obligations, including any records needed for contracts, security, or suppression. Tell us which service or record your request concerns.
Personal services
The existing personal AI offering has a separate personal privacy policy. Client engagements define the data access, providers, permissions, retention, and handover required for that specific work.
