3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We will respond within 45 days, with a possible 45-day extension if necessary (with notice).

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to:

  • Provide our services under your active Service Agreement
  • Comply with legal and regulatory obligations
  • Resolve disputes and enforce our agreements

After termination of services, we will retain your data for a period of twelve (12) months to facilitate any transition or reactivation, after which it will be securely deleted unless a longer retention period is required by law. AI-learned preferences and automation configurations will be deleted or anonymized within thirty (30) days of service termination unless you request earlier deletion.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information, including:

  • Encryption of data in transit and at rest
  • Access controls limiting data access to authorized personnel
  • Regular security assessments and monitoring
  • Secure data center hosting with SOC 2 compliance

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
