For electrical contractors in Orange County & Los Angeles

Fewer tire-kicker estimates. More panel upgrades on the calendar.

Half your calls are "can you give me a price over the phone" and the other half are real projects that need a site visit. We set up the systems that sort them, book the estimates, keep homeowners updated through permits and inspections, and follow up on every quote.

An Electrician Using Pliers to Repair the AC Power Plugs and Sockets

Sound familiar?

  • You drive out for an estimate and it is a $150 outlet swap, or a homeowner shopping five bids.
  • EV charger and panel upgrade inquiries pile up and you cannot get back to them fast enough.
  • Customers call to ask where their permit is. Every call takes you off a job.
  • You quoted a panel upgrade three weeks ago and never heard back.

Our team meets with you in person, learns how your shop actually runs, and sets things up with your team.

The work we take off your plate.

Lead qualification before the estimate

When: A new inquiry comes in by call, text, or web form.

What happens: The customer gets a few questions: what they need (service call, panel, EV charger, remodel, new construction), a photo of their panel, and their timeline. Small service calls get booked straight away. Projects get an estimate appointment. Shoppers get a polite "here is what to expect" and a booking link.

Why it matters: You stop driving to estimates that were never going to close.

Estimate scheduling and reminders

When: A project needs a site visit.

What happens: The customer books into your open estimate windows. They get a confirmation and a reminder the day before, with what to have ready (panel access, HOA rules, any plans).

Why it matters: Fewer no-shows and fewer "I forgot you were coming" visits.

Quote follow-up for projects

When: You send a quote for a panel, EV charger, rewire, or remodel.

What happens: Day 3, a check-in text. Day 10, a note on financing or rebates that apply. Day 21, one last touch. Any reply goes to your phone.

Why it matters: Panel upgrades are $3,000 to $8,000 jobs. They deserve more than one email.

Permit and inspection updates

When: You pull a permit or schedule an inspection.

What happens: The customer gets a text at each step: permit submitted, permit approved, inspection scheduled, inspection passed. No more "any update?" calls.

Why it matters: Homeowners trust contractors who keep them informed. It also stops the interruptions.

EV charger and solar-ready inquiry handling

When: Someone asks about an EV charger, a 240V line, or getting ready for solar.

What happens: They get a short text explaining what you need to know (panel size, distance to garage, charger model) and a booking link. You get a summary with photos.

Why it matters: These are the fastest-growing jobs in residential electrical. Be the one who answers.

Review request after the job

When: Final inspection passes or the invoice is paid.

What happens: Thank-you text with your Google review link. One reminder.

Why it matters: Reviews decide who gets the call for the next panel upgrade on the street.

A few useful answers.

Can it give prices over the phone?

It can give ranges you set for simple work, and it will not guess on projects. It books the estimate instead.

We do a lot of commercial and GC work. Does this apply?

The follow-up and status update pieces do. We will look at how your bids and submittals actually flow before suggesting anything.

What about licensing and code questions from customers?

Those go to you. The system does not answer technical questions. It collects them and gets them to a licensed person.

Let's take the busywork off your desk.
